Each piece is made to order, crafted with care and love. As all pieces are unique and made to perfection, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. I take great pride in ensuring that every item is carefully designed and created to meet your expectations.
Shipping
I offer free shipping within Europe. Shipping costs for all other regions are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times depend on your location, as all jewelry is shipped from Denmark.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you are more than welcome to visit the studio in central Copenhagen. The studio is located at: Rådhusstræde 10, 1466 Copenhagen K, Denmark

Returns
You are welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, with the exception of custom orders.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Any returned items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted for a refund.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe, with the following available payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and ApplePay.
